Welcome to La Cave de Genève SA’s 100% win game (hereinafter “the Game”)! Before taking part in our Game and winning one of our fabulous prizes, please carefully read the conditions of participation below. By participating in the Game, you agree to abide by these conditions.
1. Eligibility
To take part in the competition, you must be over 18, have Internet access and a valid e-mail address.
Only one entry per person (same first name, surname and email address) is authorised for the entire duration of the Game.
2. Duration of the Game
The Game will begin on 24 April 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (Swiss local time) and will end on 24 May 2025 at 4:30 p.m. (Swiss local time).
Any entries received after the end of the Game Period will not be considered.
3. Participation in the Game
To formalise your participation in the Game, you must enter your first name, last name and e-mail address, confirm that you are of legal age and accept the terms and conditions of participation.
Employees of La Cave de Genève SA, winegrowers and their families are not authorised to take part.
4. Prizes
All participants are guaranteed to win one of the prizes on offer, while stocks last. However, please note that the prizes are neither exchangeable nor convertible into cash or other goods. You will be able to collect your prizes on Saturday 24 May 2025 between 10am and 4.30pm, at the estate located at Rampe de Choully 55, 1242 Satigny (Choully), with your confirmation email.
The prizes include:
• 1 wine tasting and visit to La Cave de Genève for 8 people,
• 1 wine tasting at La Cave de Genève for 8 people,
• 1 romantic experience at La Russinette for 2 people,
• 1 bottle to drink at the bar on the day of the event at the estate,
• 1 glass to be drunk at the bar on the day of the event at the estate,
• 1 promotional code worth 10€ on purchases of 50€ or more, valid from 25 to 31 May 2025, to be used on the www.cavedegeneve.ch website,
• 1 voucher for 15% off, valid from 25 to 31 May 2025, to be used on the www.cavedegeneve.ch website.
• 1 wine bottle cooler,
• 1 bottle of wine
• 1 corkscrew,
• 1 straw hat,
• 1 drop-stop.
5. Notification of the winners
Prizes will be awarded, at random, between all the entrants.
Winners will be notified immediately by e-mail to the address provided when they entered.
Winners must collect their prize within the period stated in the terms and conditions (4. Prizes). In the event of non-recovery within the stipulated period, the prize will no longer be recoverable.
6. Confidentiality of personal data
Participants’ personal data will be kept by La Cave de Genève SA for the period indicated in the Data Protection Statement for La Cave de Genève SA available at www.cavedegeneve.ch.

7. General
La Cave de Genève SA reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Game at any time, at its sole discretion.
The decisions of La Cave de Genève SA regarding the Game, including the selected winners, are final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
8. Swiss law
The Game is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
